Ok, maybe the last thread I made was a little too advanced for you suburban niggers but I'll make a more populist thread this time.

First off, this is a document for law enforcement to use to know how kids become drug dealers from very little means. From this point on I will drop the pretense of this as a law enforcement tool.

Scenario:

you have enough money for an ounce of weed. You live in an area with an influx of marijuana dealers and have friends that smoke. You have a cell phone (talk 40 from telus (canada) is the best plan and it's prepaid). You do not have a car. You have a half decent connect and a scale.


1. Starting out

Starting out is the hardest part. There is very little reward and a lot of "work" involved. Go to your connect and tell him you're gonna start selling. Let him know you're bout it and you're not just gonna be running around selling a couple grams here and there and smoking the rest. Ask him what the prices will be when you work up your weight so you've got some goals in mind and can know how many flips it'll be before you get there.

Let's say he gives you these prices

$200-oz
$375-2 oz's
$650-quarter pound
$1250 half pound
$2400 pound

pretty expensive prices but that's what you pay with good smoke. When you start selling you've got to have something that sets you apart from everyone else, assuming you're in a place with no shortage of weed or weed dealers.

This can either be fast service, better weed, cheaper weed, geographic convenience, you're just an awesome dude, delivery etc. etc. etc. but most of all, people should know that NO MATTER WHAT when they call your number, they can get high.

Let your friends who smoke know and tell them to fucking buy off you to keep it in the fam and all that. Get the word out and get it out fast. Get your ounce dimed up. If you live somewhere where they only sell by the eighth at the smallest, be the guy who sells grams to maximize profits. If you weigh up .9's (depends on the weed, some weed will look very small when shaved off) you'll get 31 grams from your oz. On the first bag, barely smoke a thing. Definitely do not smoke any weed by yourself. You will get into the habit of it and right now, nothing should be done that isn't relevant to your profit.

So, you've got the word out, I wouldn't go hang any spot where random people sell weed, that's a magnet for cops and robbers. The best places are apartments where people just show up to chill and smoke weed all day. There is no point in waiting for a dealer when you've got one right there. Everyone will buy off you and then smoke you up. Some people get a little funny if you don't match your own weed so roll a little doob or say tell them you fronted this bag and you're behind, it's up to you. I'd go for the "fronted bag and behind." Everyone who comes in, give them your number. It helps to have a number that's easy to remember too as believe it or not, there are people who do not have cell phones in this day and age. People who work always want to smoke on thursday or whenever they get paid so be ready for those days. Don't carry too much weed on you but but always carry a little more than the sale calls for in case someone wants some extra. Stash it down in your underwear or in your socks when traveling through open spaces. Wear boxer briefs. If you end up in the back of a cop car, eat the weed or try to shove it in the bag up your ass. Making deals in public places is relatively easy if you're smart.

When you meet some of these people later they will call you because they want someone to get high with or someone to add weed to what they smoke. Once again, use your own discretion but be conservative with your weed smoking. It can be hard to say no to a girl who wants to smoke with you so that's alright BUT GIRLS WILL TAKE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. If there's not a serious likelihood of you fucking I wouldn't really bother. Whenever you smoke with someone, don't feel obligated to stay for any length of time, dip as soon as you want and don't stick around too long. Stay grinding. If someone's in a better location or they've got a lot of friends who show up to smoke, that's one thing but as a young crip who was aquitted of murder and has now smoked him self retarded said "KEEP YOUR MIND ON YOUR MONEY AND YOUR MONEY ON YOUR MIND." This is key. Not even joking. Fucking CEO's got where they are by adhering to this principal.

So, you've established a few customers, the first bag always goes the slowest. Most drunk people don't smoke too much weed but they'll buy a small amount and you can give them your number. If someone wants half your ounce or something cut them a little bit of a deal and keep in mind your shit is probably .9's. Tell everyone your shit is the bomb and when you're going to meet them you'll be there 5 minutes before you expect to be there. If you've got a buddy with a car and nothing to do, chill with him, smoke a J and get him to drive you around to make sales. Basically, everyone you meet is a potential customer unless they're liable to try to rob you. Use your own discretion when it comes to that. If you think something's up, ABORT, it's just not worth it. Also, if people know you have a knife, or have used one before they are unlikely to think of things like that. With your first few bags you should spend very little money and smoke very little weed, never run out and with this system after 2 or 3 bags you should be up to 2 ounces. If you normally sell 3 grams for $25 tell people you only have 2 for $20 if you need the money. If you want to pick up but are a few dollars short, wait for someone to call you, tell them you'll take their money and go pick up and be back in a few minutes. Give them weed for just above cost and they'll be happy and you'll have your weight up. Basically, rinse and repeat and stay on your grind at all times and in no time at all you'll be up to a quarter pound

2. A buck and a bit

At this level you can afford a little more freedom from the constant hustle and searching for new customers. Keep in mind that your customers are your money and when a number that you recognize calls you or texts you that's a business call and should be treated as such. Always act like you've got something better to do as well, people respect this. When you're up to a quarter pound you can afford to sell weed for cheaper in larger amounts. What matters is the consistency. Make sure your guy will never run out and tell him to let you know if he's might be dry soon. Let him know when you're about to pick up, even if it'll just be sometime that day to make sure he saves enough for you.

Having 1 or 2 guys who'll buy ounces off you at this level is important. That's essentially an insurance policy and guaranteed money. The smaller customers are your bread and butter that add to your profits. When you're in the profit, every joint you smoke is $5 out of your pocket, keep this in mind. When you've got someone selling for you, you can get customers from outside the city and or people you don't want to deal with and pawn them off on the guy who's selling your stuff. This makes them pick back up quicker. Don't be discouraged if your profits are taking a hit because you're selling for cheaper, just stay in the black and put everything that you've got back in. Keep stacking and getting your weight up.

Something I forgot to mention earlier is feel free to buy a sack of shitty weed if your profits are lagging a bit, just make sure you've got some good weed left. Pick who you give the shitty stuff to and always promise that that's just what your guy had THIS ONE TIME and the bomb is on the way. Tell them it was either this or nothing and they'll appreciate your dedication to staying good. You can do this with the people who are selling for you too. Give them some crappy weed for a little bit cheaper but make sure you've got some good stuff on the way. The bigger the bags of weed you sell, the quicker it's gone and the quicker you can re-up. Like I said, don't be discouraged if you're selling out in a few sales and you're not making much profit. Stay good and be grateful for the freedom from the previous grind. However, if you're not getting out there you may not meet more people. Hang out with the guys selling for you and look for potential degenerate business minded people. Don't front to people unless you know they've got collateral and are good for it. If they fuck up, take whatever they have that's worth money and flip shit on them. Even though you're just selling weed, reputation is very important and must be guarded. At this level you can dabble in other things such as stolen goods etc. Make sure it moves quick though, being stuck with stuff is a burden. Do not neglect your small sales. These have the most profit but try not to let them cut into the guys who sell for you. example: you have 30 grams left and buddy wants 5 grams for $40 and an ounce for $200. You're best off selling the 5 for $40 and giving the guy who sells for you the 25 for the same price ($7ish) and let him know you're picking up right away so you'll have the full amount the next time.

3. Halfway There

It really doesn't take long to get from a qp to an hp but going from a half to a pound can seem like forever. However, there isn't much difference in your approach from this level to the next one. You should be expanding and trying to get the little dealers working for you getting more and more weight. Their weight should progress and yours will too. With every little bit more they pick up, figure out the math and make sure you're still making as much profit or more even if their overall price drops. If you've got some places to go, chuck someone a gram or 2 and get them to drive you around, you can do this earlier on too but make sure the convenience is worth it.

You should keep this rather bulky amount of weight in a safe place. Hiding it in your gf's house can work but it depends on the girl and her schedule. Get a good safe if you have any doubt. You can meet dealers of yours in public places and give them brown paper bags or grocery bags. When you pull into a parking lot, watch all around you for anything suspicious and park between other cars, not in a space where you're exposed. When jumping from one car to another, do it fast and don't talk to the driver while standing outside the car. Anyone tries to hate on you for coming up, deal with them appropriately. Try to get in with people whose circles contain a lot of weed and money. This is key in every stage but now you've got the freedom to pursue it wholeheartedly. You're gonna flip quite a few half pounds before you get to a pound but just like the previous stage, move the weight quickly and don't worry if you're only making $100 every flip, just put it back in. People are going to be attracted to you at this stage because they're broke asses who like weed and the small amount of wealth you have. Treat them like I told you to treat girls, if you're not doing anything great for you, they're LEECHING OFF YOUR TIME AND MONEY. However, it is good to have someone rolling with you and looking out. But there will come a time when they've either got to buy a sack off you or GTFO.

Basically, if you keep on your grind, keep wary of those around you, establish a network below you and maintain the little organization you have, while keeping your head straight sooner than you know it you'll have reached your goal.

4. The LB

well, now you've reached your goal. Cut off the smaller customers, give them to the guys who sell for you. Keep your weight at another location and keep focused. I'm not gonna go into too much detail, I'd like to see whether anyone is actually reading all this and if so I'll provide a detailed explanation of what to do at this level.


Once again, I haven't checked any of this over or proofread it, saw if I said anything twice or anything like that.

Look over this, check for anything you think could be an error, any typos or spelling errors and most importantly, anything you might think needs adding or you'd like to ask about. As long as this article is, it's fairly simple. Very stupid people have done this. The key is really dedication and motivation, two things that smoking massive amounts of weed will rob you of.

Heh- This reminds me of a few months ago.. I was driving to one of my homies pads, and I saw this kid walking that I knew from a couple of years ago in class. I stopped, rolled down the window, and was like" hey man, whats good? you need a ride?" So I gave him a few rides and I realized quickly that he was slingin herb. He didn't bring it up at all, so I did. He said he would give me cash for driving him around to houses, but I just said don't worry about it, just smoke a joint w me. He went from slingin half oz's to 3 oz's a day. Pretty damn good. I spread his name a bit, and the more customer's I refered him to, the more dank he would give me a week. Don't live in that area anymore, but he was a hella good homeboy. Would like to pick this up at some point, as a sort of side job. Good tut mate thanks

edit:: An OZ around here goes from 180-200 a pop. The shit isn't very good either, I really miss that old town. Guess I just need to make some more contacts. I remember some of the shit he had had fucking red hairs on it, it was an instant high. Guess I could order one off Silkroad or something.. Theres some dank on there, but it's a bit more pricy.

Very easy way to get snitches on your tail if you aren't careful. Best to not sell to anyone you do not know, no matter what their story is. "Oh, I know Bob and he said you got that good good, and he said he's real close with you" It doesnt matter if Bob is your bestfriend since the crib, tell that fool to bounce, because any snitch can get that info.

Therefore getting into business is really tough unless you already know a lot of smokers.

yeah- Used to know a lot of smokers a few months ago, but relocated. Now I only know less than 5. Guess you gotta just hang for a while to build contacts and loyal homeboys. And fuck snitches. If someone snitched on my homeboys we would bust their punkasses.

edit:: and in the state I relocated too, pot is being legalized. Age is 21 +. I think that pot shouldn't be a narcotic, or whatever they categorize it as.. Liquor is more dangerous, and people die all the time from alcohol poisoning. Have you ever heard of someone rolling over dead from pot? no

this is true. I kinda touched on this but around here cops don't give two fucks about someones selling weed if they've got less than 3kg's (which makes it a new charge).

I should have explained the degrees of separation. If you start you're gonna have a core group of friends and keep in mind the people you meet and who you know them from. Chances are somebody has "vouched" for them in one way or another and if your core group is solid, you can't deviate too far.

but like I said, don't sell to randoms. When you go to someones place where they just smoke a lot of weed, that's not somewhere where someone who's trying to rat for profit goes. Like I said, nobody around here even cares about weed dealers unless their weight is significantly higher.

selling weed is easy, as is avoiding confidential informants who care about fucking weed for some reason. The little things that can result in you getting caught up are more difficult which is why I made this thread

Yeah, I still have that small town mentality where the cops have nothing better to do than bust potheads, difference of location.

Now I live in Cali where its as easy as waltzing into a dispensary and saying you have anxiety, shelling 80 bucks for a card, and then buying whatever strain you want for stupidly cheap prices.

Yo- how hard is it to get a card? Never even read into it. Go to a potdoc and say that I have massive anxiety issues? lol, that is something I have, and am on a prescription for it. The only reason I would get that is to be allowed to carry around an oz. In this state, cops won't do shit unless it's over an OZ in which case they will confiscate extra and leave you with an OZ.

I was just educated on it last week, i thought I needed a doctors note or an actual history of it.. NOPE.. it is literally as easy as I just said. Walk in, say you want a card, tell them why, give them money. Im moving to Inglewood at the end of this month and I plan on getting on there. Cards issued like this can only be used at that specific dispensary.
